Free standard shipping on eligible merchandise orders of $199 CAD or more before tax.
Expedited shipping: $29.95 CAD
Expedited shipping does not become free at the standard-shipping threshold.

Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to Nunavut.
Standard products such as typical desk phones, headsets, adapters and ordinary networking accessories use the posted flat rates and may qualify for free standard shipping.
Heavy/Oversize products carry a minimum shipping surcharge of $15 CAD per unit. A higher item-specific surcharge may be shown when required. Heavy/Oversize products do not count toward a free-shipping threshold, and their surcharge remains payable even when the rest of the order qualifies for free standard shipping.
Freight Quote products cannot be charged through normal online checkout. SMB Communications will confirm freight cost before payment is taken.
Delivery times vary by origin, destination and carrier. Northern and remote destinations can take longer than major urban centres. SMB Communications does not promise a specific delivery date unless a guaranteed service is explicitly shown for the order.
If a destination requires a carrier service that cannot be fulfilled under the posted online method, SMB will contact the customer before shipment and will not substitute an additional shipping charge without approval.
SMB may offer free or reduced standard shipping when equipment is purchased as part of a confirmed new SMB Communications service activation. Merely requesting information about VoIP, Internet or cellular service does not automatically waive shipping.
